Tybee Island Lighthouse

A short hop from Savannah,Tybee Island is a little piece of American paradise. I've often thought about retiring here. The area isn't overly commercialized. However, there are remnants of a fort by the lighthouse, so the concrete structure juts out of the edge of the dune which is a little strange.
However, in the older part of town, the old houses and the pier are spectacular.
