Paul Rose (also known as M.T.Harber) is an artist, writer, musician and computer programmer. He is a dive enthusiast and sailor. He is a member of OAS (Ocean Artists Society) whose purpose is to bring awareness to the public about the troubled state of the blue planet. A portion of each sale goes to support Project Aware .
